Responsibilities
-Conduct prospecting for new business opportunities within designated territories or accounts.
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
-Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the organisation.
-Collect and analyse market and customer data to accurately identify client needs.
-Address customer inquiries and effectively resolve objections to facilitate transactions.
-Evaluate client requirements and present appropriate products, services, and solutions.
-Create and maintain comprehensive customer relationship management records.
-Participate in collaborative team objectives.
