Job Position – Sales Operations Manager

To lead and optimize our sales performance within the plastic manufacturing and distribution sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efficiency, coordinating operations between production and sales teams, analyzing data, and supporting business growth across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and streamline the daily sales operations process.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage order processing, forecasting, and inventory coordination.
• Track sales KPIs, analyze data, and present performance reports.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales productivity.
• Support pricing, quotations, and client negotiation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer satisfaction, and delivery standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales operations within plastic, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
