Job Description
Looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Promoter to promote company-supplied electronic brands inside Virgin Megastore.
Key Responsibilities
– Promote and sell company-supplied electronic brands and accessories inside Virgin Megastore.
– Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
– Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
– Drive sales and actively work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
– Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
– Promote products such as power banks, cables, adapters, iPhone cases, AirPods, headphones, speakers, and other electronic accessories.
– Provide daily sales updates to the team.
– Maintain product visibility and ensure proper product presentation within the store.
– Actively approach customers and maximize every sales opportunity.
– Work effectively as part of the sales team and support promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
– Strong retail/customer-facing sales experience is required.
– Experience in electronics/accessories sales is highly preferred.
– Virgin Megastore experience is highly preferred.
– Highly energetic, confident, aggressive, and proactive in approaching customers.
– Strong ability to achieve sales targets and work under incentive-based sales structures.
– Good communication and customer-handling skills.
– Target-oriented, motivated, and passionate about sales.
– Ability to explain products and influence customers’ purchasing decisions.
– UAE driving license is not required.
– No specific age requirement.
– Candidates based in Dubai are preferred.
– Flexibility to work in Abu Dhabi will be an advantage.
– Filipino and Indian candidates are preferred.
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Note: Shifts may be changed on a weekly basis.
Ideal Candidate:
An experienced retail/electronics sales professional who is energetic, confident, customer-focused, and strongly motivated to achieve sales targets and earn incentives. Virgin Megastore experience will be a significant advantage.
