Job Position – Sales Support Coordinator/Lead Owner

CRM Experience Required
Hiring for a talented, smart, and young female professional with experience in Back Office and CRM to join one of the top real estate brokerage companies in Abu Dhabi
Job Responsibilities:
-Generate and distribute leads to Sales Consultants.
-Connect with the CRM to get qualified leads.
-Conduct quality checks on calls between sales agents and clients.
-Work closely with Sales Team Leaders to coach and motivate Sales Agents.
-Organize 1-on-1s and team meetings.
-Stay updated with business developments and new product lines.
-Manage daily activities, assess risks, and ensure SLA achievement.
-Inspire a team to achieve performance targets and excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Strong experience in CRM software.
-Fluent in English & Arabic (mandatory).
-Immediate joiners preferred.
-Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Experience:
– 1-2 years of experience as a CRM Executive.
– Previous experience in UAE is a plus
