Job Position – Sales Support Specialist– Freight

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic “Sales Support Specialist (Freight)” to join our team. This role requires strong coordination, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support sales functions, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Sales coordination between clients, partners & internal teams
– Lead generation & market research
– Preparing quotations & assisting with pricing
– Supporting client meetings & presentations
– Strong business communication & follow-ups
– Building networks within the freight industry
– Trade lane knowledge and market development
Mandatory Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight industry
– Strong knowledge of trade lanes and logistics processes
– Excellent business communication skills
– Good networking skills within the industry
– Female candidates preferred (open to all nationalities)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related stream
– Valid UAE driving license
– Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Familiarity with CRM tools / ERP systems (preferred)
– Ability to handle quotations, documentation, and follow-ups with accuracy
– Strong time management and organizational skills
