Education – Graduation is a must
Experience: 2 plus years in Perfume Sales or Retail Industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Greet and direct customers.
– Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) and stay up to date with new products/services.
– Cross-selling and up selling products.
– Ensure racks are fully stocked.
– Manage returns of merchandise.
– Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Requirement:
– The applicant must have good sales and communication skills and must be a quick learner.
