Job Position – Security Manager
Company Name – Lamirada Contracting
Key Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
-Manage and supervise all security personnel, ensuring proper deployment, training, and performance.
-Monitor daily security operations to safeguard company assets, employees, visitors, and facilities.
-Conduct security risk assessments and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
-Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare detailed incident reports.
-Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant authorities when required.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
-Oversee access control systems, CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
-Plan and conduct regular security inspections, audits, and emergency drills.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of physical security, risk management, access control, and emergency response procedures.
-Experience managing security personnel in construction, industrial, or corporate environments.
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities.
-Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions during emergencies.
-Knowledge of UAE security regulations and relevant legal requirements is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
-Experience with CCTV, access control, and security management systems.
-Strong analytical and investigative skills.
-First Aid, Fire Safety, or Emergency Response certification is an advantage.
-Ability to develop and implement security strategies that support business objectives.
