Critical Must-Haves:
– VMware Expert: Solid experience with VMware (ESXi 5.5/6/6.5/7), HA, DRS clusters, Cisco Hyperflex, and Dell VX-Rail.
– Microsoft 365 Security Guru: At least 2 years managing security suites in Microsoft 365 (ATP, Intune/MEM).
– Backup Mastery: Hands-on expertise with Symantec Backup Exec, server backups, and database restoration.
– Certifications: MCSA, VMware, ITIL, Azure – we’re looking for the best!
– Proven Experience: 10-15 years in senior system administration, delivering reliable IT environments.
8) Junior IT System Engineer
Critical Must-Haves:
– Microsoft 365 Essentials: 3+ years of working experience with Microsoft 365 security tools (ATP suites).
– Device Management Pro: 2+ years with MS Intune/MDM/Endpoint Management.
– Network Know-How: Skilled in maintaining LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, and MPLS.
– Certifications: CCNA, ITIL, or Azure – these are your golden tickets!
– Proven Experience: 3-5 years in desktop support or system administration.
