Job Position – Senior Administrator

What You’ll Do:
-Manage office administration and daily operations efficiently.
-Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
-Maintain company records, documents, and compliance requirements.
-Support management with reports, correspondence, and scheduling.
-Oversee administrative processes and implement improvements.
-Ensure smooth communication across teams and departments.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems.
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
-Knowledge of UAE business practices and administrative procedures is preferred.
