Senior Barista

If you take pride in creating exceptional beverages, maintaining high service standards, and leading by example behind the bar.

Requirements:
-Available to start ASAP / immediately
-Proven experience as a Senior Barista or Head Barista within an independent coffee shop in the UAE
-Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, brewing methods, latte art, and machine calibration
-Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
-Confident communicator with excellent English skills
-Positive, professional, and energetic personality
-Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Currently based in the UAE
-Available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi

Package:
-AED 4,500 – 5,000 (depending on experience) + tips
-Medical Insurance
-Visa Provided
-1 day off per week
-30 days annual leave + public holidays
-Accommodation & transportation to be arranged by candidate
