Job Position – Senior E-Commerce Specialist

– Lead and manage the CRM team to optimize customer engagement and retention strategies.
– Develop and implement CRM campaigns using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Mailchimp, and SMS platforms.
– Analyze customer data to enhance marketing effectiveness.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing tools.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
– Fluent in Arabic.
– Preferred retail industry experience
