Job Position – Senior Facilities Engineer
Company Name – OCS Emirates
Location: UAE
Project: Healthcare Facility
To join Facilities Management team for a healthcare project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing MEP systems within hospital or healthcare environments.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years UAE experience in Facilities Management
• Mandatory 3 years experience in a healthcare facility (hospital/clinic)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in MEP systems
• Experience managing OPEX & CAPEX budgets
• Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance
• Experience in client & contractor coordination
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations & safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems
• Ensure uninterrupted services in critical healthcare facilities
• Plan and control OPEX & CAPEX
• Coordinate with clients, consultants & contractors
• Lead technical teams and subcontractors
• Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance
• Prepare reports, maintenance plans & performance reviews

• Ability to work under pressure in healthcare environments
• Leadership and team-management skills
