Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all mechanical engineering aspects of facility operations
Conduct maintenance, inspections, and audits to ensure optimal performance and safety
-Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance asset lifespan
-Lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support efficient facility operations

Qualifications:
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
-Proven experience in facilities management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior engineering role
-Strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems within a facilities context
-Ability to adapt a dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities
