Job Position – Senior HVAC Technician

With strong expertise in VRF systems and District Cooling (FCUs & AHUs) to support ongoing projects in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 5–7 years (UAE experience)
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Job Responsibilities:
-Perform PPM and corrective maintenance for VRF systems, FCUs, AHUs, and chilled water systems
-Inspect, test, and repair compressors, fan motors, PCBs, valves, and sensors
-Diagnose VRF system faults including communication errors and refrigerant issues
-Carry out installation, commissioning, leak testing, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging
-Monitor system performance to ensure efficiency and safety compliance
-Attend emergency breakdowns and restore operations promptly
-Read HVAC drawings, schematics, and control diagrams
Supervision & Coordination:
-Supervise junior HVAC technicians
-Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and suppliers
-Ensure quality checks prior to handover
-Maintain service logs, PPM checklists, and technical reports
Technical Skills:
-Strong knowledge of VRF systems (Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.)
-Experience with district cooling systems, FCUs, AHUs, valves, and controls
-Familiarity with BMS/CMMS systems and UAE HVAC standards
