Job Position – Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Cybersecurity, or a related field.
8-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Technologies, and Cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, storage, backup, and endpoint platforms.
Administer and secure network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, and third-party connectivity.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, DLP, IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability management, and access controls.
Support and integrate healthcare systems including HIS/EMR, PACS, LIS/RIS, ERP, and Malaffi-related services (preferred).
Ensure compliance with ADHICS, DoH, ISO 27001, ITIL, and client-specific regulatory requirements.
Manage incidents, changes, assets, backups, disaster recovery, and service continuity through ITSM processes.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and audit-ready records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, telecom providers, and technology partners.
Provide technical leadership, resolve complex infrastructure issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
Adhere to company policies, HSE requirements, confidentiality standards, and other duties assigned by management.
