Job Position – Senior Lab Technician

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced ‘Senior Lab Technician’ to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations, advanced testing techniques, and equipment maintenance. This role involves supervising junior technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and contributing to research and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct advanced laboratory tests and analyze results.
– Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
– Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
– Supervise and mentor junior lab technicians.
– Document and report findings accurately.
– Assist in research and development projects.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in ‘Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field’ (Master’s preferred).
– Minimum ‘5 years’ of experience in a laboratory setting.
– Strong knowledge of ‘laboratory instruments, testing procedures, and safety protocols’.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
