Responsibility
Deliver review and develop recommendations and business case solutions for Executive Leadership team endorsement. Support the situational analysis of the current state of the Company Fire & Rescue Services, including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Identify the gaps and the areas for improvement in the Company Fire & Rescue Services, including its structure, governance, operations, performance, capabilities, resources, and future challenges.
Develop and maintain the cost distribution mechanism and recharge structure for all stakeholders for any unification proposal(s).
Develop a roadmap and the action plan for the implementation of the strategy, including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
Support the enhancement of the emergency preparedness arrangement across the Company including the coordination, communication, and collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to the review manager and the Senior Specialist management.
Lead the change management process and the stakeholder engagement for the successful execution of the project.
