Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – CSCE Steel
Location – Dubai, UAE
Looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take a key role in commercial and contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
– Manage main contract administration, including key contractual clauses, milestones and payment terms.
– Prepare Monthly Interim Valuations / IPCs and review subcontractor payment applications.
– Manage Variations, EOT and Cost Claims, including Prolongation, Disruption and Acceleration Claims.
– Prepare Notices and Statements of Claim and support negotiations with Employers and Consultants.
– Maintain contemporaneous records and establish a robust claim evidence trail.
– Manage project cost control, cash-flow forecasting and budget vs. actual monitoring.
– Manage local subcontractors, including contracts, measurement, variations, backcharges, retention and guarantees.
– Coordinate site quantity verification and quantity take-offs.
– Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Technical and QC teams to ensure smooth commercial operations.
– Support Final Account preparation, outstanding VO/claim resolution and project close-out.
Seeking a commercially strong QS professional with solid experience in:
– Contract Administration

– Subcontract Management
– Variations & EOT
– Interim Valuations / IPCs
– Final Accounts & Project Close-Out
– Construction Projects in the UAE
Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000
