Hiring for an experienced to join our team and lead post-contract commercial management on residential projects across the UAE.
What you’ll do:
-Manage interim payment applications, valuations and final accounts
-Prepare and evaluate variations, claims and change orders
-Handle subcontractor procurement, agreements and payments
-Track cost, cashflow and commercial reporting
-Work closely with project teams, consultants and clients
What you’ll bring:
-Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
-8+ years’ experience, with a strong post-tender background
-Proven UAE residential project experience with a building contractor
-Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts
