Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Fletcher Piccolo Associates
Location – DUBAI, UAE
Looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in the UAE, on high-rise building projects
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
– 8-12 years of proven experience delivering high-end high-rise building projects
– Proven experience working with main contractors in the UAE
– Strong costing & cost planning experience from pre-contract to post- contract
– Solid understanding of contract administration (FIDIC exposure preferred)
– Experience managing BOQs, Variations, Change Orders, and Claims
– Ability to lead and mentor junior QS teams
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
– Immediate or short notice availability preferred
