Job Position – Senior Sales Manager

Core Background:
-The Ideal candidate must have a background in the Travel Trade, ideally DMC sales and must have extensive knowledge of UAE as a destination.
-Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with the organization’s goals.
-Be capable of creating a short and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives
-Overseeing pre- / post-sales support activities for the designated regions/countries while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction.
-Develop and manage budgets and sales plans for your assigned regional markets, including country-specific agent lists, products, and incentive programs.
-Analyze competition in the market and maintain an understanding of their client relationships. Develop and implement strategies to attract clients from competitors.
-Generate and capitalize on sales leads across all destinations promoted by the organization.
-Determines ways to achieve, increase revenues, and improve overall team performance.
-Provides daily direction to the team
-Identify new business opportunities and innovate strategies to maximize market share.
-Coordinate with internal teams to gather packages and tariffs for submission to agents in your designated markets.
-Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and prompt support, ensuring maximum business acquisition.
-Monitor and secure agent payments in coordination with the accounting team.
-Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
-Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly report progress to the management team.
-Conduct client presentations, sales meetings, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
-Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies.
-Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales and performance reports to the management.
Skills and qualifications required:
-Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on sales and business development.
-Experience in a similar position in UAE.
-Proven experience in Sales and additional experience in Operations / other business functions will be an advantage.
-Exceptional management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
-Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate effectively.
