About the job
- 5+ years of professional experience working in product user experience with an accompanying portfolio that represents experience designing modern UIs and interactions and demonstrated business and customer experience impact.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience (UX/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or similar degrees preferred).
- Experience with Mobile development technology like Xamarin forms or Xamarin Native.
- Mobile and responsive web designs.
- Experience working in a startup type culture with a focus on speed to ship.
- Passion for user-centered design.
- Interest in product and business direction.
- Relentless attention to detail.
- Capable of working within constraints to transform complex requirements into simple solutions.
- Iterates rapidly as ideas emerge and priorities change.
- Manages and builds positive relationships across disciplines.
- Provides mentorship to UX Designers.
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates a customer-centered approach to design with business and customer impact.
- Strong skills with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
