Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support via phone, email & ticketing tools
Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
Document interactions & solutions in service management tools
Use remote support tools for efficient troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues & ensure clear communication with clients
Continuously improve processes & customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2+ years’ experience in a technical support/service desk role
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
Strong communication, problem-solving & multitasking skills
