Job Position – Service Engineer

With strong hands on experience in handling site service activities, troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, client communication, and technical support for HVAC / MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
-Attend site complaints, service calls, and maintenance-related issues.
-Carry out troubleshooting and technical inspection of HVAC / MEP systems.
-Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, suppliers, and clients for smooth execution of work.
-Prepare service reports, technical observations, material requirements, and work completion updates.
-Support AMC, retrofit, repair, and replacement works.
-Ensure works are carried out as per safety standards and company procedures.
-Follow up with clients for approvals, access, shutdowns, and work completion confirmations.
Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP / HVAC service or maintenance field.
-Good knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, electrical controls, and basic MEP services.
-Ability to read drawings, identify site issues, and propose practical solutions.
-Strong coordination and communication skills.
UAE driving license preferred
