Job Position – Social Counselor/Counselor
Company Name –
With experience in establishing and implementing student wellbeing programs.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in schools within Dubai
– DHA License or transferable license is an advantage
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff
– Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
– Familiarity with the KHDA Wellbeing Survey (DSWC)
Main Responsibilities
-Conduct weekly counseling sessions
-Provide individual student support and guidance
-Organize and deliver parent workshops
-Implement and monitor the Child Protection Policy
-Promote student wellbeing and mental health initiatives across the school
