Job Position – Social Media Marketing Executive
Company Name – KC Collective
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 11,000
Who understands hospitality, knows what performs on social media and can take ownership of content from concept through to execution.
The role will include:
-Developing and executing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
-Creating and managing monthly social media content calendars
-Coordinating photography, videography, Reels and content shoots
-Writing engaging captions and social media copy
-Managing daily posting, scheduling and community engagement
-Monitoring trends, competitors and new content opportunities
-Supporting paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations
-Tracking performance, engagement and audience growth
-Supporting events, launches and promotional campaigns
-Working closely with the Marketing and Graphic Design teams
Who we’re looking for:
-Previous Social Media Marketing experience within a standalone F&B venue
-Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current content trends
-Hands-on experience with content creation, Reels and shoots
-Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
-Good understanding of hospitality brands and audiences
-Creative, organised and commercially minded
-Strong portfolio of previous social media work
-UAE-based preferred
