Job Position – Social Media Specialist

Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
– Conduct research on current trends, benchmarks, and audience preferences
– Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
– Set measurable objectives and prepare performance and ROI reports
– Create, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (text, images, video, and news)
– Monitor SEO performance and web traffic metrics
– Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
– Oversee the visual design of social media accounts (profile images, cover photos, layouts, etc.)
– Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness, including campaigns and competitions
– Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and social media trends
– Deliver creative multimedia content that resonates with target audiences
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
– 3–5 years of relevant experience in the media field.
