Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to achieve marketing goals.
– Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.
– Lead and collaborate with a team of designers, photographers, and video editors to produce exceptional social media assets
– Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools
– Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably within the real – estate industry
– Proven ability to create and manage high-performing social media campaigns
– Experience leading and collaborating with creative teams
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with a focus on social media data
Passion for real estate and the digital marketing landscape
Experience with social media advertising platforms
Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Video editing experience
