Job Position – Special Educational Needs Coordinator
Company Name – Next Generation School
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position within schools in Dubai. This role will work directly under the leadership of the Head of Student Improvement & Inclusion, ensuring that the needs of all students are met through effective support and inclusion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the support for students with special educational needs.
Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and external professionals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a SENCO in Dubai schools.
Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
