Job Position – Sr. Accountant

With experience in the Contracting & Switchgear Industry! If you have excellent analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles,
You will be responsible for managing general accounting operations daily, creating and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Preparation of payment and receipt vouchers on the ERP system
– Issue and prepare Tax Invoices
– Bank Reconciliation
– Handling and preparation of petty cash expense entries
– Handling and follow-up on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
– Purchase invoice bookings and issue cheques to suppliers
– Post and process journal entries
– Intercompany journal entries and reconciliations
– Knowledge of UAE VAT law
– Knowledge of employee welfare benefits and payroll preparation
– Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
– Assist in financial and tax audits and general ledger preparation
– Liaison with bank and auditors
