Job Summary
The Quantity Surveyor will support project cost management by preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, billing, cost estimates, and project documentation while coordinating with site teams, procurement, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
– Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and budgeting.
– Measure completed works for client and subcontractor billing.
– Support project cost monitoring, variation orders, and payment applications.
– Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors.
– Maintain QS records, reports, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
– 3–4 years of experience in civil/building construction projects.
– Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, billing, and cost estimation.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
– Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
– UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are preferred.
