Job Position – Sr. Contract Engineer

Work Location: Abu Dhabi
Entity: Government ( Water/ Utility)
Role Objective: Review the activities pertaining to the entire supply chain of contractors and third parties engaged in maintenance work including appointment, delivery, closure, termination and performance reporting. Work closely with contracts section in Business Support by playing the role of business user of contracted services.
QUALIFICATION:
· Review contracts with maintenance contractors and third parties to ensure coverage of all business requirements
· Review administration of the contract during execution to ensure delivery as per agreed scope, timelines, and work conditions
· Report on the performance of contractors and third parties and approve completion of delivery milestones
· Coordinate any variation to signed contracts including assessments of variation requests and recommendations of alternate options
· Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent
