Job Position – Sr. Technician NOC
Company Name – eMinds

Salary: AED 6,000
24/7 Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
-Act as first-line support for voice & data network issues
-Monitor network health (CPU, memory, interfaces) on Cisco routers & switches
-Perform basic configurations (VLANs, ports, backups)
-Monitor SIP trunks & SBC platforms for voice quality issues
-Troubleshoot basic VoIP connectivity problems
-Support SIP MACs (Moves/Adds/Changes)
-Work with SBC platforms (Cisco IPT, AudioCodes, Ribbon)
-Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers
-Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
What You Need
– Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience
– CCNA preferred
– Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
– Experience with Cisco IOS, routers & switches
– Understanding of SIP, VoIP, SBCs & basic firewall concepts
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Good communication abilities
– Comfortable working 24/7 shifts (including weekends & holidays)
