Job Position – Store Manager

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can take full ownership of the boutique’s commercial performance while delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. The successful candidate will be confident leading from the front, building strong relationships with high-value clients, and setting the standard for service, presentation, and professionalism within the store.
Will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the expectations of a top-tier luxury brand. A strong understanding of the Kuwait luxury market is essential, along with the ability to adapt commercial strategies to local clientele and buying behaviours.
This role will suit an established luxury retail manager with proven experience in fashion or accessories, strong people leadership skills, and a genuine passion for clienteling and brand storytelling.
