Job Position – Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor transactions between the store and other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
– Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently and aligns with organizational standards.
– Supervise store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with security and operational protocols.
– Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
– Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and address any discrepancies.
– Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and promptly report any issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail or store supervision.
– Proficiency in using SAP software.
