Hiring for an experienced to join our team for a major road and infrastructure project in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store activities at the project site.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and material documentation.
Issue materials to site teams against approved material requests.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/site teams for replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of construction materials.
Prepare and maintain GRNs, delivery notes, material issue records, and stock reports.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory records.
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, engineers, and site teams regarding material requirements.
Ensure the store is maintained in an organized and safe manner.
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in road and infrastructure projects.
RTA project experience in Dubai is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of construction and infrastructure materials.
Experience in handling site stores and maintaining inventory records.
Familiarity with GRN, material receiving/issuing, stock reconciliation, and inventory documentation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and store/inventory management systems.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Candidates with relevant UAE/GCC infrastructure experience will be preferred.
