Job Overview
This role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing large-scale stock operations, maintaining accuracy, and building efficient inventory processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage and control bulk raw material inventory for joinery operations
. Handle inventory exceeding AED 10 million on a continuous basis
· Implement and monitor inventory control procedures
· Set up inventory systems from scratch, including documentation and tracking processes
· Oversee goods receiving, storage, and issuance
· Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
· Coordinate with procurement, production, and supply chain teams
· Train and supervise store staff to ensure operational efficiency
· Ensure proper material handling, storage standards, and safety compliance
Requirements:
– 12 plus years Storekeeper experience, managed AED 10 million plus inventory, joinery or raw material background mandatory, strong supply chain knowledge, system setup experience, highly accurate and organized, Filipino preferred.
