Job Position – Storekeeper / Stock Control Checker

Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline inventory management processes, minimize inventory shrinkage, and optimize inventory turnover, thereby contributing to cost savings and improved profitability for the organization.
Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and place orders with suppliers to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
Regularly perform inventory audits, and reconcile any discrepancies to maintain a high level of accuracy in the inventory database and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee the precise and efficient management of inventory levels, guaranteeing that the organization’s stock is managed optimally to meet customer demands and minimize any surplus or obsolete inventory.
Skills
Proficient in utilizing inventory management software and systems to track, monitor, and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing discrepancies.
Skilled in managing multiple tasks, adeptly prioritizing responsibilities, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, while adhering to budgetary constraints and operational requirements.
Proficient in analyzing intricate data sets and compiling detailed reports on inventory performance, utilizing valuable insights to provide data-driven recommendations for improving inventory management efficiency and reducing overall operational costs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling successful teamwork with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to address inventory-related concerns, negotiate favorable pricing, and cultivate lasting relationships for efficient supply chain management.
Experience : 4-5 Years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas
Qualification : Bachelor/Diploma or equivalent Degree
