Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned and visionary Strategic Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function with a focus on aligning human capital with organizational goals. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing HR strategies that drive growth, enhance organizational culture, and improve performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Planning
– Develop and implement long-term HR strategies in line with the company’s vision and business objectives.
– Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
– Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the leadership team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management
– Oversee recruitment planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
– Develop strategic talent pipelines for critical roles and future leadership.
– Introduce best practices in employer branding and candidate experience.

3. Performance Management & Employee Development
– Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and results.
– Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs aligned with business goals.
– Cultivate a high-performance, learning-oriented culture.

4. Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement
– Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
– Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusiveness.
– Manage internal communication strategies to strengthen alignment and morale.

5. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
– Develop competitive compensation structures based on market benchmarks.
– Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
– Maintain effective HR systems, records, and compliance policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
– Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices.
