– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
– Experience working as a Student Counselor in a UAE school or college
– Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to support students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being
– Knowledge of student development and safeguarding practices is an advantage
