Job Position – Students Recruitment Counsellor

Salary: AED 2500 – AED 3000 + Incentives
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and enrolling students in our institution’s programs, driving growth and success through exceptional relationship-building and sales expertise.
Requirements:
– MBA or equivalent degree is required.
– 0–2 year of experience in education sales (freshers with passion for sales are welcome!)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:
-Student Recruitment: Actively recruit prospective students by identifying and reaching out to potential candidates for our management programs.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
-Counseling & Guidance: Provide detailed information to prospective students about our programs, admission requirements, and career prospects, guiding them in making informed decisions about their education.
-Sales & Enrollment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets and program growth.
-Lead Generation: Generate and manage leads through outreach efforts, online platforms, educational fairs, and networking events.
-Application Processing: Assist students throughout the application and admission process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met for successful enrollment.
-Communication & Engagement: Conduct webinars, information sessions, and follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and excited about enrolling in our Institutions programs.
-Market Research & Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activities to adapt recruitment strategies and identify new opportunities.
-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including faculty and admissions, to ensure smooth enrollment and student integration into the program.
Nationality: Indians ( Keralites Preferred)
