Responsibilities

 

  • Able to lead, motivate and develop a team operative within grocery fulfillment operations, ensuring that the highest standards are being achieved in all areas for all staff. This will include performance, disciplinary, and absence management.
  • Performance management by developing key performance indicators to measure productivity & effectiveness of operations with RCA of any issues.
  • Ownership of the entire order fulfillment cycle and managing timely transfers and inbounding of regular stock.
  • Cross-functionally coordinating and collaborating across different teams within noon (commercial, logistics, seller ops, vendors, and in stock)
  • Reports & statistics Ensure timely correspondence, reports, statistics related to the warehouse operations are shared across all levels.

 

Requirements

 

  • Food quality certified or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2 years or more related experience in the region.
  • Proactive and accountable in owning end to end tasks
  • Proactive, quick learner, and an excellent communicator
  • Leadership experience and good stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate Excel Skills and data-driven understanding of Operations
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Have dark store management or grocery e-commerce experience
