Job Position – Supervisor – MEP
Company Name – Imdaad Group
The ideal candidate should have a 3-year Diploma along with a Professional Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Plumbing/Fitter Trade OR ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
The Supervisor will be responsible for assisting operational teams in planning, organising, directing, and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment. The candidate should be able to conduct site surveys and inspections, perform cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects and existing facilities, and have experience in manpower planning and resource quantification.
The candidate should be familiar with all MEP equipment and systems found within the facilities managed by Imdaad, have 6-8 years of relevant experience, and possess a UAE Light Vehicle Driving License. Additionally, they should have people management skills, delegation skills, and problem-solving skills, along with advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written). Knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
