Job Position – Supervisor / Team Lead – Customer Care

This role requires leading Customer Care team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to all ONE customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Lead, guide, and develop the Customer Care team to achieve departmental goals. Assign responsibilities and ensure effective team performance while fostering an open communication culture.
• Customer Care Operations: Oversee daily customer support operations, ensuring high service standards. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
• Strategic Planning: Execute a comprehensive customer care strategy aligned with ONE’s business objectives, identifying trends and implementing process improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals for the team and monitor progress. Prepare reports on customer care performance and manage satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Our Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of customer service management experience, preferably within the UAE and Middle East.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer care software.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Shipping, Logistics, or a related field.

Salary: 144,000 – 180,000 AED Annual
