Job Description

• Should be a Masters holder in Supply Chain and Logistics
• 0 -3 years of work experience in Client Interactions with a Logistics Company in UAE
• Create daily analytical reports and performance reports to identify and eliminate the root cause of defects
• Responsible for daily dispatch and to ensure daily delivery targets are met in line with the customer service team
• Responsible for managing operational processes
• Make sure there were no discrepancy in the monthly financial invoicing
