Job Requirements
– 1st & 2nd line support for Infovista H/W and S/W products
– Building new reports and scripts for log files analysis
– In charge of tool delivery, installation and integration.
– On-site support for technicians and engineers in the field
– Windows Server and SQL database support
– System upgrades
– Create and modify drive test scripts
– Provide Infovista product professional training
