Job Position – System Administrator
Company Name – Iris Star
Linux & Storage for UAE Location.
Install, configure, and manage Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar).
Perform system hardening as per organizational standards.
Perform system updates, patches, vulnerability management and performance tuning.
Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Ansible for repetitive tasks.
Troubleshoot system issues, resolve incidents, and provide technical support.
Manage and monitor Linux virtual machines and other workloads on Microsoft Azure.
Implement and maintain Azure services, including VM scale sets, storage accounts, and virtual networks.
Implement/Manage Kubernetes environment running on AKS
Manage VMware ESXi vSphere environments.
Perform VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, and migrations.
Monitor virtual machine performance and troubleshoot hypervisor issues.
Administer and manage x86 server hardware.
Configure and maintain SAN/Object storage systems.
Configure and Maintain Enterprise Data Protection environment hosted on On-Prem and Cloud Environment (Rubrik/CommVault)

Preferred Certification/Training
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
Kubernetes Certification (OpenShift/AKS/EKS)
Any relevant Storage Certifications
Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)
ITIL Foundation or higher
