Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Designing and implementing SCCM infrastructure, including server configuration, database setup, and network architecture.
Creating and deploying software packages and applications through SCCM.
Troubleshooting issues related to SCCM, including connectivity and network issues.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for managing SCCM.
Monitoring and analyzing SCCM performance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure SCCM solutions align with the organization’s overall IT strategy and objectives.
Designing and implementing Intune infrastructure, including policies, profiles, and network architecture.
Managing device enrollment and configuring device settings through Intune.
Configuring Intune policies for security and compliance, managing data protection, and protecting against threats.
Troubleshooting issues related to Intune, including device connectivity and app deployment issues.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for managing Intune.

Qualifications

Experience on Microsoft technology specially SCCM”
Experience on Microsoft 365 and Azure
Professional qualification in Computer Science/IT related field.
Specific knowledge of banking related computer systems and operations.
Solid Experience with Apple products, OS, and Software.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience of Microsoft 365
Extensive experience of Azure and Azure AD
