Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Sales with a strong background in Dubai’s real estate market, specializing in indirect sales and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of property consultants and sales managers across multiple projects and locations.
– Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels – including brokers, channel partners, and affiliate networks.
– Build, develop, and nurture strong relationships with top-tier real estate agencies and broker networks in Dubai.
– Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with project goals, market trends, and competitive landscape.
– Own and drive the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — through team efforts.
– Set and track team KPIs, ensuring optimal performance, motivation, and accountability.
– Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and leadership teams to align campaigns, events, and customer engagement plans.
– Stay on top of market movements, competitor launches, and buyer sentiments to influence strategy.

Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role.
– Strong network and relationships within the UAE broker and channel community.
– Demonstrated success in indirect/channel sales models.
– Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong understanding of project sales cycles, pricing strategies, and Dubai’s real estate regulations.
– Proficient in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
