Team Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for leading Patient Experience activities, ensuring high-quality patient services, managing patient complaints and feedback, supporting service improvement initiatives and overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and resolving patient complaints and incidents
Monitoring patient experience and customer service standards
Supporting patient experience improvement initiatives
Preparing reports and providing insights to management
Supervising daily departmental operations
Coordinating staff schedules and training
Supporting the development and implementation of policies, procedures and service standards
Ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures
